Kierson Madding

Kierson graduated from Southern Methodist University with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting followed by a Master’s degree in Accounting with a Tax concentration. She worked in Dallas, TX as a tax professional at PricewaterhouseCoopers in the Private Company Services division before moving back to Alabama to join the family business. Kierson is now a licensed CPA in the state of Alabama, and provides accounting and operational support to The McGriff Alliance. She now resides in Birmingham, Alabama with husband Drew, dog Leo, and baby girl on the way!
